Specialising in trussed rafters and engineered timber joists and engineered floor systems. We currently have 7 design and manufacturing facilities in the UK and one facility in the Republic of Ireland.

Part of our growth strategy is to target and increase our customer base with the national house builders. In order to achieve this and service the demand of the house builders we are setting up a national design office based in the South of England.

The Role: Design Technician

This is an excellent opportunity to further your knowledge and develop your career being a key player in the team, based at Andover.
The key performance areas of this role will involve:

• Interpreting architects drawings
• Providing effective commercial solutions to customers including quotations and detailed
Designs.
• Providing support and advice to customers and the production team whilst ensuring total
customer satisfaction.

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Previous design experience within the timber trade
• Systematic and methodical with a get it right first time every time approach.
• Results orientated and project management skills.
• Seek continuous improvement in performance.
• An effective communicator.
