The Role: Sales Manager
This is a permanent full-time regional role covering the business sites in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the Hertfordshire area. It is an excellent opportunity to utilise your knowledge whilst progressing your career.
The key performance areas of this role are:
• Achieve new business targets by proactively identifying and gaining new custom as well as actively maintaining relationships with current and past customers.
• Identifies customers current and future needs and any service issues experienced.
• Delivers knowledge of how to drive the business forward in relation to new business and opportunities.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Demonstrate that you delivered previous achievements in a similar role.
• Supports the senior management team securing new business that adds profit to the business.
• A can do attitude and seek continuous improvement in performance and processes.
• Be an effective communicator and demonstrate the company values when dealing with customers.
