The Role: Assistant Production Manager
Based in Buckhaven this is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and career.
The key performance areas of this role will involve:
• Plans, organises and controls all documentation relating to production checks, weekly and monthly.
• Ensures employees are full trained and competent and that all training records are up to date and signed off.
• Responsible for the quality control of timber and manufacturing, completes any non-conformance reports and implement any required corrective actions.
• Assists the Production Manager in changing delivery dates to meet customer requirements.
• Other duties to include ensuring that the general housekeeping is kept at a high standard and all direct labour are issued with and adhere to PPE requirements

You: Exceptional
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Achieves commitment of all direct labour through effective people management methods and leadership style.
• Responsible for ensuring that all direct labour are appropriately trained and competent to complete tasks required.
• Effectively resolves all queries and problems relating to direct labour. Ensures that all group policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times.
